Operation Zero

Zero Veteran Suicides

Welcome to Operation Zero, a nonprofit organization founded by Viet Nam Vets Legacy Vets Motorcycle Club. Our mission is to focus on “Zero Veteran Suicides” and to help raise awareness about this pressing issue. Today, suicide is the leading cause of death in the U.S. military. We believe that we can make a difference by working together to educate our brothers and sisters, develop safety plans, partner with community-based organizations, raise funds for training and education, and disseminate information.

What We Do

Our organization is committed to aiding in educating our brothers and sisters on the importance of mental health and the warning signs of suicide. By developing safety plans and partnering with other community-based organizations, we can help prevent suicide attempts and provide support to those who may be struggling. In addition, we raise funds to support other worthwhile charities that are working to combat this issue.

We believe that education and awareness are key in the fight against veteran suicide. That’s why we share information from reputable sources, such as the Veteran Suicide Hotline, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and the American Association of Suicidology. Our goal is to empower our community with the knowledge they need to identify warning signs and get help when they need it.
